		<description>I am not so sure that passage of the aforementioned legislation is a death null for business. If reasonable work conditions are present and a liveable wage is paid unionization does not have to be feared. There are numerous examples of businesses across the country who have good employee-employer relationships in the absence of unions.</description>

		<description>Investing in plant, facilities, and equipment will be like agreeing to spend every afternoon swimming with the white sharks.  It&#039;s not a matter of if, but when, you will be eaten alive.  Why do it?  Why build ANY kind of business that if successful especially, can and will become union controlled?  What&#039;s the point?</description>
