Facebook’s about to become a lot more business-friendly. The site’s rolling out three changes designed specifically for sales and marketing organizations.
More control over content
1. Scheduled Posts. Before, if you wanted to schedule posts, you had to use a third-party program, which hurt your EdgeRank score.
Now, Facebook’s going to let you schedule posts up to six months in advance without third-party software.
And since it’s a Facebook service, it’s probably safe to assume using it won’t harm your EdgeRank score.
2. Admin Roles. This feature lets you assign an unlimited number of admin roles to your Facebook team.
When it comes to posting and editing content and checking metrics, you can now pick and choose what each of your staffers has the power to do.
3. Promoted Posts. This feature lets you pay to prominently feature posts. For a fee, you can keep selected posts in users’ News Feeds for up to three days.
