I have never seen such imcompetance in my life. Lying Customer Service reps. Charges on your bill that you were told were free with the Bundle package. Rates higher than what you were signed up for. When you call to get it straightened out, they hang up on you. It goes on and on. This company has been a nightmare, but of course is the only internet company in our area. I have heard story after story from so many other people that confirm what I have been through myself. So we are stuck with them. I sure wish there was some competition here.
