Thank you, you are very astute to notice.  Establishing expectations are critical for reader (and client) satisfaction and loyalty.  While most subscribers don&#039;t answer the questions I&#039;ve found my newsletter provides a steady stream of new clients when used correctly.

Of course, these questions open a Pandora&#039;s box because if not managed correctly could take your newsletter off topic.  Remember, readers sign up for a specific reason which may change as new readers join.  Anyway, I&#039;ve made these mistakes myself and paid.
